Best early game location for Pal fluids
Start by going to these coordinates (129, -488) and follow the coastline down to (118, -565). This route, easily reachable from either the Small Settlement or the Grassy Behemoth Hills near the Plateau of Beginnings, is the prime spot for Pal Fluids.

As you walk down the coastal area, you will notice Pals with a waterdrop icon, these will drop Pal Fluids when you either catch or knock them out.
After catching or knocking out a Water Pal, you should see a Pal Fluid in your inventory! Now just repeat this process as many times as you need!
